Products, quantities and prices
Product descriptions specify the sales unit, price and origin. Prices are in euros, including applicable taxes. For products sold by weight, the price per kilogram and the total for the selected weight are shown before purchase. Other products are sold per piece or per pack, as stated on their product page. The amount displayed at checkout corresponds to the selection ordered. No additional charge for excess weight is taken automatically after payment.
Availability and substitutions
Products are sourced and prepared for orders, subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we contact you to agree a solution. We do not replace an item without your agreement. Unavailable items that are not replaced are refunded.
Ordering and payment
You can review and amend your basket before confirming the order. The final amount, including delivery, is shown before payment. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. An order confirmation is sent by email.
Paris delivery
Delivery is available only within Paris: postcodes 75001–75020 and 75116. Delivery costs €8 and is free from €100 of products. The delivery option and final charge are confirmed after the address is entered, before payment.
Orders are handled daily from 8 am to 10 pm, Paris time. Delivery usually takes 1–2 hours during service hours. This estimate may vary with availability and traffic; contact us about orders outside service hours. If delivery is delayed or cannot take place, contact us to arrange a solution, without prejudice to your statutory rights. Please provide a complete address and remain reachable for delivery.
Complaints and statutory rights
Please contact us promptly about missing, damaged or non-conforming products, with the order number and photographs where useful. Reporting an issue ideally within 24 hours helps us resolve it quickly but does not limit your statutory rights. Depending on the issue, a replacement or refund may be arranged. The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects remain applicable under the conditions provided by law.
Perishable goods and withdrawals
The statutory withdrawal exception applies to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This does not remove remedies for non-conforming or defective goods.
Consumer mediation
For a complaint, first contact VITEFRAIS in writing at info@vite-frais.com, stating your order number and the issue encountered. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it free of charge to our consumer mediator, subject to the applicable admissibility conditions.
